All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated!

Returns & Exchanges

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet these conditions:

  • Items are in original, unopened packaging
  • All tags and labels are attached
  • Original receipt or order confirmation is included
  • Item is in resalable condition

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their special nature, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Blind Bag Mystery Figs (once opened, as the mystery is revealed)
  • Christmas Games & Puzzles (seasonal items after December 25th)
  • Opened Craft & Activity Kits (with components used)
  • Any items without original packaging
  • Personalized or custom orders

We make exceptions for items that arrive damaged or incorrect – see below!

Return Process Step-by-Step

1 Contact Our Team

2 Wait for Authorization

Our collector-support team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

3 Pack Your Item

Include the original packaging, all accessories, and your order confirmation. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

4 Ship to Us

5 Receive Your Refund
